Returns & Exchanges
Watercolor Story Maps or Art Prints may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping and the item must be in "sellable" condition. You may also go ahead and purchase your exchange. or once the return is received, a refund will be given and an exchange mailed out. Please email email@example.com to initiate a return label.
Before purchase, please email any questions to firstname.lastname@example.org regarding size, color or placement. Returns are not generally accepted however I want you to love your painting. I do not accept returns for any clearly stated information.
Shipping out carefully packed artwork in a timely manner is important to me, however once the shipment is with the carrier I cannot be held responsible for their timeline. Tracking is always provided, and I encourage you to reach out the carrier. I ship multiple days a week.
I offer a range of shipping options. In my experience UPS has been the most reliable. Please email me at email@example.com about important dates to make sure I can do my best to get your artwork to you on time!
International Shipping: Payment of any VAT or additional customs/import taxes is the responsibility of the buyer.
Copying or sharing my artwork
Please note that Elizabeth Wade Studio retains all rights to all artwork. The buyer and/or receiver has the right to display the artwork in their home, or business. Artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit in any way without the artist's written permission. Elizabeth Wade retains the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork she creates at any time. This policy includes digital download purchases which should not be copied or distributed for free or at cost.
